The following regulations may apply to families: from the second paid children’s card onwards (born 2009-2017) every further Kärnten Card for children is free of charge.
Reductions for groups: for groups of 20-29 persons the 21st card is free of charge, for groups of 30 persons and more the 31st and the 32nd card is free of charge. (Each group can take advantage of at most 2 free cards).
There are no further reductions for students, disabled persons or retirees.
Kärnten Card is rapidly and unbureaucratically available in almost all tourist offices and at your host.
In many tourist destinations dogs are allowed. A corresponding icon marks these facilities in the Kärnten Card brochure. In some cases an admission fee is to be paid – according to the dog’s size.
