Magical view over the shining Villach
The 94 meter high church tower of the parish church of St. Jakob – the highest in all of Carinthia – is opening its doors for the first time this year during Villach Advent. From above, the old town appears in festive splendor, the sparkling canopy of lights on the town hall square shines among the tower visitors and the countless Christmas lights immerse Villach in a magical atmosphere.

November 27th to December 21st, 2025 every Thursday to Sunday and Monday, December 8th, 2025, always from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m
