The Ankogel region around Mallnitz is a popular destination among ski tourers, offering attractive ski tours to the Kleiner Ankogel with a descent into the Anlauftal valley, and a freeride descent into the Knallkar. The Ankogel circular tour is suitable for alpine crossings, requiring several days of experience and appropriate equipment. Another option is to ascend via the Kleinelendkees for a truly stunning and secluded ski tour.

Free use of our slopes once a day for ascending and descending
From Villach, take the A10 towards Spittal/Drau, exit at Lienz/Lendorf, and then take the federal road from Lendorf via Möllbrücke, Mühldorf, Obervellach and Mallnitz to the Ankogelbahnen valley station.
