The museum allows visitors to experience modern and contemporary art first-hand. On an area of 1,000 m², both up-and-coming and established national and international artists are showcased in solo and themed exhibitions. The castle chapel regularly hosts impressive rotating art installations. Moreover, cross-sections from the art collection of the State of Carinthia/MMKK are on permanent display in the museum and in the arcades.
