The following rule applies to families: from the 2nd paid children’s card (born 2010-2018), each additional child is free.
Group discounts: from 20 persons the 21st card is free, from the 30th person the 31st and 32nd card is free (only 2 free cards may be used per group)
There are no additional discounts for students, disabled persons or pensioners.
The Kärnten Card is available quickly and unbureaucratically from almost all tourist offices or from your landlord.
There is a charge for taking bicycles on ships and trains, and there may be bottlenecks for groups.
Dogs are allowed at many excursion destinations. These establishments are marked with a special symbol in the KC brochure. Admission is sometimes charged – depending on the size of the dog.
