The museum holds extraordinary treasures: the only well preserved frescoes in Austria showing a monumental death dance from the 15th century, the watercolour paintings from the year 1885, and a documentation of the historic death dance frescoes. Moreover, you can admire Middle Ages depictions from Europe as well as the modern death dances. Also worth seeing are the Gothic ossuary, the death ship, and the early Gothic church.
