BIOS National Park Mallnitz Visitor‘s Centre is the ideal starting point to discover the National Park. By visiting the “univerzoom nationalpark” exhibition, you will discover all nature’s secrets in the national park – the tour features landslide reproductions, tiny masters in the art of survival, mysterious wild locations, and a lot of wildlife. Visitors of all ages can make first-hand experiments at the rangerlab stations “valuable water”.
Tips: Start your day well with a brunch in the in-house café “Das Liebermann”. We will happily inform you about guided tours in the national park and workshops in BIOS as well.

Ideally accessible by train – just a 15-minute walk from Mallnitz-Obervellach train station to the visitor centre. By car: from Spittal/Drau B106 to Obervellach, from there via road B105 to Mallnitz.
