Ingeborg Bachmann (born 1926 in Klagenfurt, died 1973 in Rome) is considered one of the most prominent authors of German-language literature after 1945. She spent most of her childhood and youth in the house on Henselstraße in Klagenfurt. Here, her life and oeuvre are presented to the public in an experience-oriented exhibition.
