Experience up close the fairy tale of king Waldgeist (Forest Spirit). He fought with his subjects – his noblemen, the spirits of the air, of the water, and of medicine – against the wicked witch Stumpelbein. The starting and finishing point is in the middle of the hiking area Hochrindl near the Herzl Inn. The circular hiking trail that leads through the pine forest takes about one hour and offers lovingly designed stations for observing, experiencing, and enjoying nature.
