Many visitors enjoy the wonderful summer days at Mölltal Glacier – a paradise for hikers. The journey starts with the funicular railway “Gletscher Express”. After 8 minutes and 4,8 km you’ve reached an altitude of 2.200 m above sea level. You’ll experience a whole new world! It’s a refreshing change from the hot days in the valley.

BY CAR: from Villach motorway A10 towards Spittal/Drau, exit motorway junction Millstätter See, exit Lienz/Lendorf, main road from Lendorf via Möllbrücke, Mühldorf, Obervellach to Flattach, 8 km to the lower station in Innerfragant. About 45 minutes from the motorway exit.
