Archaeological Park Magdalensberg

Archaeological Park Magdalensberg
The „Town at Magdalensberg“ ranks among the largest excavation sites of the eastern Alps and is archaeologically studied since 1948. The park is about 4 hectares large and shows important areas of the ancient settlement thanks to its ruins. Along your way across the historic area you may encounter the “Youngling from Magdalensberg” and many other findings, proving Roman life at Magdalensberg.
