Ankogel High Mountain Cable Car
An amazing hiking area offering various possibilities! You can use the cable car to reach the 2.636 m high summit of mount Ankogel and then hike downward to the valley, or you can stop at the original cabins and pamper yourself with Carinthian specialties. You’ll be rewarded with a stunning view to the surrounding mountains!

BY CAR: Villach motorway A10 - Spittal/Drau, exit Millstätter See, Lienz/Lendorf - main road from Lendorf via Möllbrücke - Mallnitz; car park: Cable car lower station.
BY TRAIN/BUS: to railway station Mallnitz-Obervellach (line 220), then take the bus or walk (about 4 km).
